Practice

I design the structure underneath the interface. Then the screens.

(001)Map how information really moves before any screen exists.
(002)Let the structure decide what the screens need to do.
(003)Then design the interface, usually with fewer screens than expected.
Practice
How information moves, where decisions get made, where real behaviour drifts from what the product expected.

Four briefs. Four different problems underneath.

Case 01 / Healthcare

Merry Health

Asked for
A UI and UX audit of an ambulance-coordination dashboard.
Actually solved
Why hospitals ran emergencies on calls and WhatsApp, and moving the product to a system-level redesign.
Evidence
15 workflow failures · 40% data mismatch

Case 02 / Education · AI

EducAItors

Asked for
An AI tool to help instructors grade.
Actually solved
Grading fails before it begins. Intent is captured first, so every score traces to approved criteria.
Evidence
Assignment setup 3–4 h → 45–60 min

Case 03 / Fintech

Paisalello

Asked for
A CRM for used-vehicle loans.
Actually solved
An operating foundation instead of digitised dysfunction: one record, three role-shaped products.
Evidence
3 roles · 5 activity areas · 5 stages

Case 04 / Retail

Koala Living

Asked for
A better point-of-sale experience.
Actually solved
Improving a legacy system the business couldn’t replace, and knowing exactly what not to change.
Evidence
4–5 sections per sale → a more continuous flow

Method: map, trace, reframe, structure

  1. 01Map

The real workflow, not the documented one: calls, chats, spreadsheets, memory.

  2. 02Trace

Where information moves, stalls, duplicates and disappears between roles.

  3. 03Reframe

The brief is a hypothesis. Choose the problem that is actually breaking things.

  4. 04Structure

Roles, states and data paths first. Then the screens, usually fewer than expected.

AI can generate screens. It can’t choose which problem matters.

I use AI-assisted workflows and LLM prototyping daily, as tools that extend thinking, not replace it.

About & contactCode → visual → product → systemsDelhi, India04

Bring me the messy system.

I came to design through code. Visual design taught me clarity and its limits; enterprise product work taught me that you evolve a system around how people already work.
